Flirt is the brand designed by me, Corinne van Kamp. I learned how to be a jeweler/goldsmith in Schoonhoven, also called the city of silver. I am also a member of the dutch guild of jewelry designers.

Not one leaf, flower, human or animal has an exact image of themselves. There is only one exactly like you. Then why would you like to look the same as everyone else? You are unique in this world, your jewellery should be too.
I like to use this uniqueness by making unique pieces or limited editions that are made by hand piece by piece.
Because my jewelry is often inspired on something or even someone, they always been given a name, this gives them there own identity. The jewelry I design are not always meant to wear on a daily basis, sometimes they are to fragile and sometimes they are richly decorated and more of a statement jewelry. This also symbolizes how I see the world around us, some things are fragile and other things are grand and overwhelming, these differences makes beauty.
Most of the pieces is only made once, this gives them the uniqueness as the one that wears them. Even if you order a different size, it will be slightly different than the original version, it's al in the details!
Many of my jewelry is made only once, this gives them the unique quality seen in nature. . The jewelry is made from honest materials, real pearls, gemstones that are as less colored and enhanced as possible. The used metals are sustainable like silver and gold. The Gold used in my jewelry is, since 2015, mostly fair trade, fair minded and recycled. Because I love showing how a jewel comes to making, I also teach jewelry designing at the Centre of Art and Culture.
Sustainability
I have a lot of respect for nature and all that lives in it, sustainability is therfore very important to me. I recycle my gold and silver or i use recycled precious metal from company's in the Netherlands. I also try to use fairtrade material if possible. The packaging is made of recycled cardboard, paper and linnen. In my studio i try to work with the green options for hazardous chemicals. If there is no green alternative i usually don't use the technique at all.
Custom and handmade
Every piece is handmade by myself. I sell the jewellery online or in other galleries. If something happens to them please contact me, a lot of reparations can be done in service.

- I am a booknerd and love to read fantasy or stories that are whimsical and dreamy.
- A gorgeous designed book or paper can make my heart sing.

- I am a vegan/vegetarian for over 15 years now.
- I love to cook and a rarely make the same recipe twice, unless it is really good.
- I am very sensitive to details, i hope you can see this in my designs.
- I am very easily distracted.
- When i walk in the woods i always pick up litter.
- I never leave the house without earrings.
